Hours, cycles and dates
Scheduled tasks come from FSHANGAR's maintenance programme for the aircraft. Each task can be limited by flight hours, cycles, calendar time or a combination. A task becomes due soon within 10 FH, 5 FC or 7 days of a limit.
Line, light, base and heavy
Tasks belong to line, light, base or heavy (structural) maintenance. These groups belong to FSHANGAR's modeled programme; do not substitute real-world airline intervals for the values displayed.
One-flight maintenance extension
When a scheduled task would become due during the flight you are preparing, Flight Prep can offer Request one-flight extension. It covers that one flight only, with a reputation consequence shown before you accept (see Reputation System V2). It does not accomplish the task.
After maintenance
Check the next due information rather than assuming every clock resets. A recurring task gets a new limit from its accomplishment. A scheduled check does not prove that every open defect or airworthiness requirement has been cleared.
