Maintenance Planner

Review maintenance across the fleet and plan your next action.

Reviewed 2026-10-01 · FSHangar App (Windows) 1.4.2

Use the planner

  1. Find the relevant aircraft.
  2. Review its scheduled tasks and their status: upcoming, due soon, due or overdue.
  3. Check open work orders and defects.
  4. Open the detailed aircraft or task view before taking action.
  5. Recheck the planner after the action has been processed.

Read the due information

Distinguish flight-hour, cycle and calendar limits. A short remaining calendar interval can matter even when few hours have been flown. Maintenance work is grouped as line, light, base and heavy (structural) maintenance.

Planner redesign

The planned redesign brings together simulated fleet utilization, the Maintenance Autopilot and a home airport. Those controls are not in the public release yet.

Read Fleet utilization and Maintenance Autopilot for the intended behavior.
