Recorded aircraft location

After a completed flight, the aircraft is recorded at its arrival airport. Loading an aircraft elsewhere in MSFS does not move it in FSHANGAR.

Repositioning

When the selected aircraft is not at the SimBrief departure airport, Flight Prep can offer a ferry (Confirm Ferry). A ferry moves the aircraft without changing its hours or cycles and costs no reputation; the aircraft must be airworthy (MEL allowed) and not in maintenance.

Home airport

A required home airport is part of the planned fleet operations update: chosen after sign-in, editable later in Settings, and validated as an open airport with a runway.
