Load your SimBrief flight, choose the aircraft and confirm.

What Flight Prep shows

  • SimBrief Flight: your latest SimBrief plan (Refresh Flight reloads it; Open in SimBrief opens it).
  • Aircraft Selection: your hangar aircraft, with the filters Compatible aircraft only and Only aircraft at the departure airport.
  • Blockers and Warnings & information for the selected aircraft, its condition and scheduled maintenance.
  • Your current reputation and the best possible reputation gain for the flight, in reputation points (see Reputation System V2).

Confirm the flight

  1. Wait until the aircraft is loaded and MSFS is responsive.
  2. Load your SimBrief flight.
  3. Select the aircraft that matches the one loaded in MSFS.
  4. Resolve any blocker shown.
  5. Select CONFIRM FLIGHT.

Actions Flight Prep can offer

SituationAction
The aircraft is not at the departure airport.Ferry it there (Confirm Ferry).
The aircraft is in maintenance.Accelerate its maintenance.
A scheduled task would become due during the flight.Request one-flight extension.

A ferry costs no reputation; the aircraft must be airworthy (MEL allowed) and not in maintenance. Accelerating maintenance and a one-flight extension show their reputation consequence before you confirm them; the values are listed in Reputation System V2.
