Postflight & Flight Log

After landing

1. Shut down both engines at the SimBrief destination.
2. Review Flight Tracking — Postflight in the app.
3. Open the Flight Log on fshangar.app to confirm the flight is present.
4. Check the aircraft's hours, cycles and recorded location.
5. Review new defects or maintenance needs.

Server confirmation pending

If the flight was recorded but the server has not confirmed it yet, Postflight shows SERVER CONFIRMATION PENDING with Retry now. Resend (new flight) recreates a flight from the samples buffered locally, without flying it again.

Interrupted flights

If the app or MSFS stopped during a flight, the next start shows Previous flight needs a decision:

• Retry — finish previous flight sends what was recorded and completes it.
• Discard previous flight gives it up.

A flight that carries a one-flight maintenance extension is never simply discarded: use Retry.

Reputation result

Open a flight in the Flight Log to see your reputation before and after it, the real change in reputation points and the contribution of each rule. The Windows app's Flight Log shows the same change. A flight whose airborne time is not proven yet reads Reputation pending and changes nothing until it is scored. Flights shorter than 15 minutes or ending at their departure airport earn no completion reward, but their penalties still apply. See Reputation System V2.

If the flight is absent, follow Flight not recorded.
