• MSFS version, aircraft add-on and add-on version.
• Aircraft registration and livery.
• Page or workflow where the issue occurred.
• Steps to reproduce, expected result and actual result.
• Exact error message and a relevant screenshot.
• Whether restarting changed the result.
• The app logs: Open logs folder in the app's diagnostics.

Useful for flight issues

Add departure/arrival and approximate flight times, whether recording started, whether Postflight appeared and any connection interruption.

Useful for maintenance issues

Add the component, defect or work-order reference and the action taken.
